The inventory of available homes for sale on the Peninsula is at a low for the year creating a strong sellers’ market fueled by continued strong buyer demand. Interest rates remain favorable and buyers are ready to purchase but are unable to find a home to buy in this tight market. When a property does come on the market, it will likely receive multiple offers if it is in a good neighborhood and priced correctly. Hopes are that 2022 will bring an influx of new inventory and a more stabilized market.
